Absorbed in music

On this weekend, I had to work at the office.
On one hand I really would like to take sufficient rest, but on the other hand I really would like to compensate daily works on weekday in advance.

都合により土日とも休日出勤。
週末にしっかり休みたいのも本音だが、平日の負担を少しでも軽くしたいのだ。

Anyway, these days were holiday and moreover it is now allowed to listen to the Internet radio in the office, so I was listening to 1.fm on iTunes during work.
It is cool that I can check the title and artist of the song at any time.

最近社内ルールで許可された上に今日は休日なので、仕事をしながらiTunesのネットラジオ1.fmを聞いていた。
ミニプレイヤーにしていてもアーティストと曲名が出るので、気になった時はメモできて宜しい。

Once in a while, I could hear the song, of which I have wanted to know the title for a long time!
The title of the song was "Stepping out" by Joe Jackson.
After I searched info about it and could get to know it was released in 1982....
I am wondering the reason why it reminds me of the Japanese song "Computer Grandma" is that I could hear both of them around the same season.

てな感じで聞いていると、おぉ！長年ずーっと耳に残っているのにもかかわらず、曲名もアーティスト名も分からなかった曲が！！
早速確認してみたら、Joe jackson の Stepping out　という曲だった。
ちょっと調べてみたら1982年の曲だ。もう24年前かー。
なぜかこれを聴くと「コンピュータおばあちゃん」の曲が思い出されていたのだけど、きっと同じ頃に聞いたからだろう。

Needless to say, I purchased mp3 file for it as soon as I came back home. ;)

いやー、本当に嬉しい。たまにはラジオも良いものだ。
早速mp3ファイルを購入しましたとさ。
