I've got a Mac mini since my wife came back from Japan.
There were lots of reasons why I bought it and one of them was to diversify risks based on my network environment for computers.
However, mainly I was just curious how current Mac OS works after I've been away from it due to the business which had forced me use Windows OS.
Incidentally, the first Macintosh I'd used for MiniCad was Macintosh Classic II and the first one I'd got personally was LC520.
Anyway, the first impressive thing to me was voice over feature during setup for MacOS X.
It reminded me of 'TextToSpeech', but now I can hear synthesized voice telling me what item I am selecting. That's really cool.
My current favorite setup for voice over is as follows.
(Vicki, rate 55, pitch 40, volume 60)
Besides that, even now I could feel tons of interesting features Macintosh-ish. :)
So I'm going to update my impressions about my Mini Mac sometimes.
