We left home around 6:30 am.
To our surprise, it snows much more than we expected.
So we took bus at our nearest bus stop to move to actual bus stop which is a little bit away from home.
In such emergency, it is very helpful to use Klipkort in Denmark. We don't have to consume extra money.
We had to wait 5 minutes in the snow at DGI-byen.
Because the bus comes around 7:20, however the time to be picked up should be 7:15.
The bus has small bathroom because we have to ride on it for 5 or 6 hours.

We left Copenhagen at 7:45 on time, and enjoyed the scenery passing by in the window.
Suddenly the bus has stopped 10:30 am, after a while, the bus started to move but stopped again.
Then, the passengers started to get off.
We wondered what was going on. And finally we got to know that the bus was in the ferry!
We passed Baltic Ocean on the deck of the ferry eating light meals.
Therefore we could have very impressive memories.
The taste of meal is not recommendable, though. ;)
The staying time is 45 minutes on the ship. So we looked around the inside of the ship after lunch.
I was very surprised to encounter the SCUDRACE on the play lounge.
That is the very first Arcade that I work with almost 10 years ago.
And after going to the bathroom, we got back to the bus and it left the ferry.
At 13:45, we arrived at Hamburg. The arrival schedule was behind 1 hour eventually maybe owing to snow.
ZOB is the bus terminal where we got off, and it has also metro station "Hauptbahnhof Sud".
So we got on the U-bahn 3 and it takes about 15 minutes to reach Horner Rennbahn,
which is the nearest station from the NH-Horn hotel we stayed.
No sooner than we checked in, I checked the Wifi connection for Internet,
but it is not so reasonable like the one in the hotels in Denmark. So I gave up to subscribe long access....
It might be good for us to be away from network connection and enjoy our real lives. ;)
After we put our laggages at hotel, we got back to the center of Hamburg via U-bahn again.
We wandered looking around and dropped in at the supermarket to get some food and drinks.
At that time, we felt a little bit hungry, so began to look for the German restaurant.
But we can hardly find that. So, the Italian restaurant Dolce Vino was the place we decided to eat.
However we encountered that restaurant by chance, the taste was delicious and satisfactory.
Above all, we have learned Italiano before, so we could eat what we wanted to have.
Maybe we could not do that at the German restaurant because we don't have any idea about German... :(
We came back to the hotel, and I played Animal crossing for a while and watched TV.
The TV program in Germany was almost converted to German, so it reminds me Japanese TV programs.
At the night time, my wife told me she felt chilly.
So I asked reception to bring blankets, but to my surprise, I could not make myself understood with the word "blanket".
It was very had to explain blanket to the staff of hotel without the word "blanket".
I appreciated Danish people that they can understand English almost completely as well as Danish.
That was the first day of our stay in Hamburg....

思いのほか雪が積もっているので、スーツケースを引っ張っていくのに時間がかかるかもしれない。
乗る予定だったバス停まで、自宅最寄りのバス停からバスに乗って移動することにした。
こういう時に、デンマークのクリップコートは乗り換え自由だから有難い。
出発場所のDGI-byenでは5分ほど雪の中佇んでいた。
バスが7時15分に来る予定にも関わらず20分にやって来たんで。
バスには小さいトイレが備わっていた。５、6時間乗車するわけだしね。
時間通り7時45分にコペンハーゲン出発。窓を移り行く景色を眺める。
10時半に突然バスが止まった。暫くして動いたと思ったら、また止まった。
すると乗客が下車し始めた。何かあったのかな？と思ったが、バスがフェリーに乗っていることにようやく気がついた。
で、軽いランチをデッキで食べながらバルト海を渡る。そんなわけで、とても印象深い思い出となった。
残念ながら食事の味はイマイチであったが、、、、
乗船するのは45分なんで、飯食った後は船内をぶらついてみる。
ゲームコーナーにSCUDRACEがあるのを発見して驚いた。10年くらい前に初めて開発に携わったゲームだったので。
トイレ休憩をした後バスに戻り、フェリーを後にした。
ハンブルグには13時45分に到着。雪のためか予定より1時間遅れた。
下車したバスターミナル、ZOBには地下鉄駅 Hauptbahnhof Sud も接続されている。3番線に乗ってHorner Rennbahnまで15分くらいだった。
そこは滞在先のNH-Hornホテルの最寄駅にあたるのだ。
チェックインしてすぐにネットのWIFI接続を試してみた。でもデンマークのホテルと同様高い、、、、
てことで常時接続は諦める方向に。まあ、たまにはネットから離れた暮らしを楽しむのも悪くなかろうってことで。
荷物を置いたら地下鉄で街の中心に戻る。ぶらついたりスーパーで食べ物等を購入したり。
そのあたりから腹が減ってきたんでドイツ料理の店を探すが、見当たんない。
たまたま出くわしたが良さげなイタリアンレストランDolce Vinoに入ることにした。有り難いことにとても美味であった。
よく考えてみれば、ドイツ料理の店でメニュー見ても全然読めないので、多少はかじったことのあるイタリア語で食べたい物を注文できたのは良かったかもしれん。
ホテルに戻ってどうぶつの森やったりテレビを見たり。
ドイツのテレビ番組はほとんどドイツ語に吹き替えされているので、日本のテレビを思い出してしまった。
夜中、妻が肌寒いと言い出したので、レセプションに毛布を持ってきてもらうよう依頼。
驚いたことにブランケットって言葉が通じなかった。ブランケットとか毛布って言葉を使わずに毛布を説明するのは厄介だった。
デンマーク人はデンマーク語と同じように英語も通じるので、彼らを改めてエライと思った。
